Dreams hold the power to heal our wounds. They can reach into the depths of our psyche, far beyond the places we are willing to look in our waking lives. They can reveal things we have hidden from ourselves. Sometimes, they seem to know things they shouldn't know.
Dreams are little treasures. Each one carries something worth looking at. A meaning, a message, a question, a mirror.
They never force. They whisper, hint, nudge, and occasionally shout, but they always leave us free to look away.
Only the dreamer can tell what the dream means.
If the dreamer gathers the courage to look behind the symbols, they may sense it, feel it, recognize it. There is a resonance, a bubbling up from somewhere deeper than thought.
Experts can help. AI can offer perspectives. But no one else can take that final step.
The burden is the dreamer's to carry. So are the rewards.
It's time to pay attention to dreams again.
We search for peace, meaning, and connection in the world around us, yet so much of what we are looking for begins within ourselves. The fears we avoid. The wounds we carry. The truths we would rather not see.
Dreams have always been one way of bringing those things into the light.
For most of human history, dreams were given attention. They were shared, contemplated, and treated as something worthy of listening to. Somewhere along the way, much of that was lost.
Perhaps we had good reasons. But perhaps there is something worth rediscovering.
A home for dreamers who choose to look.
An experiment in collective curiosity.
What would we see if we looked at our dreams together?
I don't know.
But I'm curious.

If Pierce the Shadow was worth something to you, a small contribution — whatever feels right — keeps the lights on and tells me it's worth continuing. You can see exactly where every euro goes on the transparency page.
You can also help by exploring your own dreams, or by contributing them anonymously to the collective. And I'd genuinely love to hear your thoughts, ideas, or feedback at gregor@piercetheshadow.com. I read everything.
To all the fools who dream,
may you discover the light hidden within the shadow.
